    Mental Health & Well-Being

    Ascend Beyond’s Mental Health & Well-Being Program provides healing-centered spaces for AAPI youth to strengthen emotional resilience and reduce stigma. Youth participate in culturally grounded peer circles, interactive workshops, and wellness experiences that affirm identity, belonging, and community connection.

    Women’s Leadership

    The Women’s Leadership Program uplifts AAPI young women through mentorship, leadership circles, confidence-building workshops, and career readiness training. We create environments where young women can take up space, own their voice, and lead with authenticity.

    Entrepreneurship & Innovation

     This program equips AAPI youth with the tools, skills, and support to build businesses, launch ideas, and explore creative pathways. Through startup training, business labs, pitch development, and financial literacy workshops, young people learn how to turn imagination into impact.

    Sports Leadership & Development Program

     Sports Leadership & Development uses athletics as a catalyst for leadership, confidence, and wellbeing. Youth engage in team-based training, mentorship, resilience-building workshops, and character development — learning skills that translate beyond sports.

  • Merging cultural identity with business leadership. Startup training and labs to turn passions into sustainable pathways.

  • Using athletics for discipline and teamwork. Sports become a space for healing, resilience, and identity-building.

  • Activating youth as leaders within democracy. Advocacy training and organizing skills to influence real change.

We don’t simply train leaders — we develop whole people, build community power, and center identity as the foundation for leadership.
